Staff Pharmacist
Outpatient Facility

Responsibilities:
Will assist in managing the pharmacy including managing the pharmacy staff, facility and operations
P&L responsibility and ensures compliance with all State, Federal pharmacy laws, regulations and payor requirements
Must have scheduling flexibility and able to work overtime and/or until jobs is satisfactorily completed
Must be able to attend after work functions to build community relations
Must be able to travel to local marketing events, training and other required functions
Must be able to learn and adapt to new business procedural and functional requirements

Requirements for this job:
BS or Pharm.D degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
Current license in practicing state
Twelve months experience in retail pharmacy preferred
Marketing and sales experience preferred but not required
Must have current knowledge of all applicable federal and state pharmacy laws
Good presentation and interpersonal skills to convey information to groups of various sizes and levels of clinical knowledge
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using PC software (Microsoft Office) to support business activities and pharmacy dispensing system software
Careful attention to detail and strong analytical skills
