| Details: | Non-Interventional: A group of seven cardiologists, is looking for an additional BC/BE Cardiologist to join their expanding practice. The newest member of the group is an electrophysiologist, a first for the community. The ideal candidate would offer nuclear and CT/MRI skills. In addition an interest in developing outreach clinics would be preferred. The group has a full non-invasive and diagnostic catheterization lab practice. The opportunity includes a busy office and hospital consultative practice as well as development of community outreach programs. Except for a two-person interventional cardiology group, this is the only cardiology group in the tri-county area. In addition to the office practice they have clinics at an outlying hospital with ample room for expansion. Call is 1:6 and is moderate. The group has grown from one to seven physicians since 1990 and remains very busy (booking time for an office visit is one month for RVs and 2 weeks for initial visits). Three of the partners sought the practice out themselves. The opportunity is that of a salaried position with potential for partnership in 2 years. The starting base salary is $225,000 for someone just out of training. An achievable productivity bonus would be in addition to the salary. There is no goodwill partnership buy-in at two years, once a partner you would have to buy into a share of the receivables and equity. | ||||||||
