| Details: | Facility in upstate New York is seeking a Nurse Manager for Telemetry Unit and Acute Rehab Unit. A minimum of 3 years experience in an Acute Care setting with extensive Management experience with strong Human Resource Management skills is required. The candidate needs to possess strong interpersonal skills which ensure effective communication with staff, patients, families, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team, and be knowledgeable in the area of management systems and processes. A demonstrated ability to establish effective work relationships in an effort to lead others in the direction of meeting organizational objectives is desired. Excellent analytical skills to assess departmental needs, develop and implement planned interventions and evaluate the effectiveness of applied interventions.
